2. Choose the exam content
- You can select one or more quizzes to combine into a single exam.
- The system will automatically pool the questions from the selected quizzes.
3. Configure the exam (Exam Settings)
Time and limits
- Duration: Number of minutes allowed (e.g. 45 minutes). Set to 0 for no limit.
- Attempts: Limit how many times a student may try (e.g. 1 attempt).
Scheduling
- Start date: When the exam opens.
- End date: When the exam closes and no longer accepts submissions.
Security and anti-cheat
- Password: Set a lock code so only people with the password can enter.
- Shuffle:
- Shuffle questions.
- Shuffle answers.
- Focus mode: Warn if a student leaves the exam tab (full-screen mode).
4. Share the exam
After creating it, you have three ways to send it to students:
- Direct link: Copy the URL and send it via Zalo / Messenger / a class group.
- Code: Students enter this code on the home page to start the exam (e.g.
EX-123456). - QR code: Project the QR code on the board so the whole class can scan it and start right away.
[!IMPORTANT] Double-check the "Scheduling" settings. If the start time hasn't arrived yet, students won't be able to begin.
