Training center management on rayQuiz: classes, assessments, analytics and plans

The organization (B2B) feature lets training centers and schools manage classes, assessments, students, and billing in a dedicated workspace.

1. Workspace

• Switch between personal and organization contexts with the workspace switcher in the header.
• While the organization workspace is active, quizzes you create belong to the organization: they default to private and never appear on the marketplace.
• The organization page has these tabs: Overview, Classes, Assessments, Analytics, Members, Plan & billing (owner/admin), Audit log, Settings.

2. Organization classes

• Go to Organization > Classes > Create class.
• The creator becomes the primary teacher; owners/admins can assign additional co-teachers.
• Add students by email list (students must have accounts). Organization staff emails are skipped so staff members are never enrolled as students.
• Create an exam directly in the class: pick an organization assessment, set start/end time, and receive a join code.
• Deleting a class is an archive: student accounts and attempts are preserved.

3. Organization assessments

• Switch the workspace to the organization and create a quiz as usual (Dashboard > Assessments > Create).
• The organization's assessment library lives in the Assessments tab — all members can view it; members with edit access can modify.
• Organization quizzes bypass personal-plan restrictions and are never listed on the marketplace.

4. Organization analytics

• The Analytics tab shows active students/teachers, assessments & attempts this month, completion rate, average score, a 30-day attempt chart, score distribution, and plan/usage.
• Teachers only see data from their assigned classes; owners/admins/viewers see the whole organization.

5. Plans and billing

• A new organization starts on the free tier, with limits on classes, students and AI credits. The Center and Center Pro plans raise these limits and include the WordPress integration.
• Owners and administrators upgrade in the Plan & billing tab: choose a plan and a monthly or yearly term, then pay.
• If a payment is overdue, the organization cannot create new content until it is paid. Existing data is kept and running exams are not affected.

6. Audit log

• The Audit log tab records class create/update/archive, student add/remove, teacher assignment, exam creation, assessment creation, member invites/role changes/removals, settings changes, and billing actions.
• Owners, admins, and viewers can read the log; filter by action with pagination.

7. Organization settings

• Upload a logo from your device (or paste a URL), default locale, contact info, and defaults for assessments/results/anti-cheat.
• The workspace slug can only be changed once every 30 days.

8. WordPress integration

Your WordPress website keeps selling packages and taking payments while rayQuiz runs the examinations. When a student pays for a package through WooCommerce or a membership plugin, rayQuiz enrolls the buyer in the class linked to that package and delivers every examination assigned to it, including later ones. When the order is refunded, cancelled or deleted, the student is removed from the class. No custom WordPress plugin is required.
