Frequently asked questions

Why is the one-question-at-a-time option unavailable for IELTS reading tests?
To faithfully mirror the official IELTS on computer format, certificate papers anchor all questions for a given passage alongside the text.
Are typed fill-in-the-blank answers case sensitive?
No. Capitalization and accidental trailing whitespace are handled automatically. However, spelling must be strictly accurate to receive credit.
